We accept returns within 14 days of delivery and will issue a full refund for the purchase price of the item(s) returned, less any shipping charges or handling fees incurred. To initiate a return, simply contact us via the contact form on our website, provide your order number, and let us know the reason for requesting a refund.
Please ensure that the item is in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging when you return it to us. Once we receive the item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
For any offers where the customer only pays shipping and handling fees, if you choose to return the product, we will refund the full shipping and handling fee along with the purchase price of the item(s) returned.
1. If the order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order and refund. If you need to cancel and refund, please inform us before shipping.
2. If the product is shipped incorrectly and there is a problem, please send pictures and we will deal with it after confirming the situation. ( Resend new product at our expense )
Exceptions
Please note that certain items may not be eligible for return, such as perishable goods, customized items, and gift cards. Additionally, we may require a restocking fee for certain returns.
